Refund policy

UJA-Federation of New York can accept merchandise for return and refund within 30 days of the purchase and can issue refunds, with the following exceptions:

  1. We can't accept returns or issue refunds for merchandise that’s damaged. All merchandise being returned must be in its original condition and able to be resold. 
  2. UJA-Federation of New York can't accept returns or issue refunds for returned merchandise without the required information below and packing slip or print-out confirmation email.

To return merchandise, please mail the item with either the packing slip found in the original delivery or a printed copy of the confirmation email you received upon placing your order. Please also include the following information:

  1. An email we can use to contact you
  2. To ensure that we're always improving our services and selection, please tell us why you're returning the merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Product

To report a damaged or defective product, please send an email to our third-party fulfillment center, support@forestna.com, and include the following information:

  1. The product and quantity that arrived damaged
  2. Your order number, which is listed on both your packing slip and order confirmation email
  3. The full street address from which the item is being returned to our facility
  4. A brief description of the damage or condition of the merchandise

 

Exchanges

UJA-Federation of New York cannot process any exchanges, but you may follow our return policy for a refund, and then place a new order.
